refactor: rename _subject_relations to subject_relations

Laurent Peuch requested to merge topic/default/unprivate-weirdly-privated-attributes into branch/default

Making those attributes privates didn't made that much sens.

I've introduced the inheritance from dict solution here.

Missing: deprecation warning (and a way to do a better one for refactoring here)
