update skeleton with latest good pratrice additions

This include:

• using "default" for "image:" in .gitlab-ci.yml
• integrating yamllint
• adding "workflow:" in .gitlab-ci.yml
• adding a "lint" stage
• adding a .hgignore

There are probably more things that can be added but that's already a step forward.
