[orga] formalize and write somewhere what we are doing in WM and how

I'd like we have somewhere something which answered the following questions:

  • I'm a CW user:
    • I find a bug or have an issue, what should I do ?
    • I need a feature, and I think it'll be good if this feature was in CW, what should I do ?
  • I want to contribute, what can I do ? (and how)

Weekly meetings:

  • How do they works ?
  • What is the position of this meeting compared to other logilab monthly meetings ?

Kanban:

  • What are these two kanbans and how we use them ?
  • How did an IDEA move in other column ?
  • What are the roles of the coordinator ?
  • What is the meaning of all tags ?
