feat(config): make `query-log-file` truly optional

Nicola Spanti requested to merge topic/default/conf-query-log-file-optional into branch/default

Without the configuration of query-log-file, the previous behavior was to raise an error due to key lack. With cubicweb-jsonschema on CubicWeb 4, we have the problem in automatic test with at least version 0.1 and version 0.2.
