feat(frontend): show ImportProcess in waiting state

Simon Chabot requested to merge topic/default/show-importprocess-in-waiting-state into branch/default

the RQL query use to require the ImportProcess to have experienced on transition to be shown in the table. Therefore all the “waiting” tasks where hidden.
