feat(mypy): Please mypy

Hello dead Pythonista, the following is an attempt to propose a simple/alternative solution to the PATCH send by @ngaumont here: !34 (closed)

  • add basic mypy config
  • update mypy command inside tox config
  • set hg to ignore mypy_cache folder
  • add just enough type inside schema.py to please mypy
