[search_helpers] only use common and phrase searches, stop splitting up elements into multi_mach (canceled the common word stop work removal)

[es] don't try/except on index creation, now only used in ccplugin and scripts, fail hard so we can see the index settings errors

Otherwise we would overwrite the "mappings" entry

FTI update is now done at commit time in an operation,
we need to call commit() to trigger it

NOTE: I think it would be best if the elasticsearch didn't generate
any HTML at all.

In order to be sure that child / parent relation is set

[search_helpers] has_child query added to should instead of replacing the bool query (combine results)

[test] only check composed search doesn't crash, the query is too unstable to maintain tests for now
