feat(clients): stop needed the cube-doctor project tag and work on projects I'm a member of

Laurent Peuch requested to merge topic/default/clients-projects-am-member-off into branch/default

@nchauvat @schabot if this is merge, this will change the behavior for projects tagged as "client-project" from needed to add cube-doctor as a member AND tagging the project as "cube-doctor" to only adding it as a member.

This was surprisingly way harder to do that excepted.
