Create ComputedRelationDefinition

ComputedRelation are defined here and inherit from RelationType.
Because of this, a computed relation name has to be unique.
We should be able to define a «ComputedRelationDefinition» defining a rule, object and subject.
ComputedRelationDefinition should have a unique (subject, name, object).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
