Fix non regression tests

In non-regression tests, if there is no file to compare, the test does not fail.

For example, if you rename tests/data/formula/index.rst to tests/data/formula/stuff.rst, the test is still ok.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
