Updates screenshots to remove user test@example.com that is more LAX related.
Add missing images from LAX book in book/fr/images.
Updates content to use images from book/fr/images and not from book/images.

Created site configuration chapter.
Started translation of tutoriel to integrate content.

Rename index file from indef.fr.txt to index.txt to dit Sphinx needs and adjusted conf file in consequence.
Moved images from fr/ to book/ so that images would be in central location for both en and fr books.

rename one of the generated pot files (cubicweb pycubicweb.pot) to avoid problems when msgcats overwrites cubicweb.pot

rtypes should be added to the 'done' set to avoid duplicated
entries in schema.pot
