New style: Convert Person cube to new layout

- move files to cubicweb_person folder
- update setup.py, MANIFEST.in, cubicweb_person/__pkginfo__.py
- update views.py to fix DeprecationWarning: [3.22] Use 'from cubicweb import _'
- update cubicweb min version to 3.22.4 inside cubicweb_person/__pkginfo__.py
