captcha/crypto services are available w/ cw 3.6.1, avoid dependancy on the registration cube. Also, use a custom cypher key for forgot password

If IndexView is directly called after the pwdreset request is made, it's
not possible for an external cube to redefine the post-reset view without
overriding the forgotpasswordrequest controller.

Operation is fired when a FPasswd is inserted.

i.e. : data.get('use_email').strip() won't work if use_email is not in
data
