- update __pkginfo__.py to use cubicweb 3.26
- update MANIFEST.in
- remove useless symlink to __pkginfo__.py

Changing the way the "repo" is retrieved to conform to the original (not
monkey-patched) implementation.

Simply adjust code of metadata view's monkeypatch following what's now
in CubicWeb.

We add a [pytest] section with the correct "python_files" option and
also set "testpaths" there (thus removing it from "commands"). Adding
common options along the way.

We only use the "defaults" field of the name tuple returned by
getargspec() and this is also returned by getfullargspec(). Since
getfullargspec does not exist on Python2, we need to keep usage of
getargspec in that case.

At this point, flake8 and pylint no longer detect significant issues for
Python 3.

We already depends on cubicweb>=3.24, which has _ defined.
