[BUG] Cannont read file openapi.yaml for new instance

Since v0.6.0, when we create a new instance with the cube API, the file openapi.yaml cannot been read and is not generated anymore. (event thought this version fix the tests on Nemo)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
